Winter RedFish in Charleston SC

Don’t forget to pack some smaller flies. We were throwing all the go to flies and nothing seemed to work. The Redfish were rolling on their sides and seemed happy, so I was stumped. I thought maybe something smaller might do the trick.

The Red Fish are schooled up, and the water is crystal clear!

When we get a break in the weather here in Charleston, it makes for a great opportunity to get out on the water! With the calm, clear water, it is easy to locate the schools of Red Fish. Which provides an angler a wonderful opportunity to site cast artificial lures or the fly.
